After throwing down at Wodapalooza in both elite team (2023) and elite individual (2024/25) divisions, he now sets his sights on the Syndicate Crown next month, a key event that will send only two athletes to the CrossFit Games. And yes, he’s coming for one of those spots.

Connor’s not in this alone. His coach and best friend, Brett Sepi, has been programming for him for the last two years. Their shared trust and communication are the backbone of his performance. Brett knows exactly what Connor needs to keep progressing—and it shows.
