Behind the Scenes of VOLT Black Friday 2025

Black Friday is always a major moment for VOLT, but this year we wanted to create something more meaningful. The aim was clear. Build an immersive experience that rewarded our most loyal supporters and welcomed new people into the VOLT Family in the best possible way.

Stage 1: Creating an Immersive Black Friday Experience

We began by building a locked Black Friday collection on the website. This was designed to feel exclusive and personal to the people who have shaped VOLT. Before anyone else, we opened access to our top 200 customers, affiliates and athletes. Giving them true first access felt like the right way to acknowledge their support.

After this, the Blackout List early access went live, and then the sale opened to the general public. Releasing it in stages created excitement and made the whole event feel special.

Stage 2: Making the Experience Smooth and Enjoyable

Behind the scenes, this required real coordination. We had multiple offers running, tiered rewards, free personalised belts, discounts and bundles all active at the same time. Everything needed to be correct, fast and easy for customers to use.

Content, marketing, athlete management, affiliate support, customer service and logistics all worked in sync. The teamwork this year was the strongest it has ever been, and that showed in the final experience.

One achievement we are incredibly proud of is that every Black Friday order was dispatched on the same day, as long as there were no queries. With the volume we handled, this was a huge milestone and a sign of how far our systems have developed.

Stage 3: What Customers Loved This Year

UltraGrip+ V2 remained the fan favourite, continuing to lead the way in comfort, durability and performance. What stood out this year was how many people explored the wider collection.

Our belts received a lot of love for being the most reliable and comfortable in the game. The knee sleeves performed under pressure and had brilliant feedback from people training heavy or competing. It was great to see customers discovering that VOLT is not only known for grips, but has a full range of high quality gear that stands up to serious training.

Stage 4: Why Black Friday Matters to Us

Black Friday is the one time of the year where we can give back on a large scale. It allows us to reward the people already within the VOLT ecosystem and invite new members to join our community. The support this year was incredible, and we welcomed many new faces into the VOLT Family.

Stage 5: Looking Ahead to 2026

This Black Friday showed that we are ready for more. Our systems are stronger, demand is increasing and every part of the business is becoming more aligned. It gives us real confidence moving into 2026.

There will be more innovation, more product releases, more events and more opportunities for our community. It is an exciting time to be part of VOLT, and we are ready for the next step.
